I'M SOMMER

I am dedicated to helping you thrive after narcissistic trauma by giving you the tools that you need to rebuild your confidence, find YOURSELF, and get off the emotional relationship roller coaster.

I am a Transformational Life coach, master of cultivating a new self-image, overcomer of narcissistic trauma, and a recovered people-pleaser. I will be your Narcissist Abuse Specialist and Trauma Recovery Instructor. I have walked in my own healing journey while inspiring others that it is never too late to heal and live the life you deserve. I have been there, and I see you.

MY STORY

I don't want anyone else to suffer the pain I did for as long as l did.

Over the years, I've worked hard to educate myself, mentoring others that have experienced your pain, and witnessing clients become more confident and empowered in their healing journey.

I can now help more sufferers of abuse and trauma to truly heal on a deep level incorporating brain and body trauma unlocking proven techniques.

I've achieved the following qualifications and certifications that allow me to do this, and partner with one survivor at a time:
